Max bet in SuperContest Satellite event doubles

@TheLinemakers

While Vic Hatcher sits in the lead with 26,575 points, it's not too late to enter , catch up and win the March to the Championship SuperContest Satellite event.

The winner, of course, earns a seat at the SuperContest, the most prestigious sports handicapping competition in the country. Last season's SuperContest winners, CH Ballers, took home a record $736,575, and a total of $2.1 million in prize money was given away to the top 35 finishers, who proved to be the best at picking five NFL games a week against the spread.

Entry into the SuperContest typically costs $1,500. A two-night stay at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino during SuperContest Weekend, which takes place right before football season, is also part of the winner's prize package.

If you're just jumping into the Satellite event now, you'll start with a bankroll of 10,000 points. The maximum wager doubles to 2,000 points for the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight, 4,000 for the semifinals and 8,000 for the final.

Hit a few max bets on money-line underdogs and watch yourself catch up real fast.

There are about 1,200 handicappers competing in the March to the Championship, and if don't finish on top this time around, not to worry, you'll have three more chances at that $1,500 SuperContest seat - Race to the All-Star Break (MLB), Pro Playoff Shootout (NBA) and Lord Stanley's Challenge (NHL).

Register for the Satellite event here and get started by downloading the Gamblino app.

Line of the day

" During Jimmy Butler's recent absence, the Bulls were 9-2 to the OVER. Just four of their 18 games prior to that went OVER, and the one game since his return stayed UNDER, too "
